Simple solution to your question Soti - the bags in GW are MAGIC! Problem solved?

Not entirely.
I can't see the bags on my character... so where are they?
=P
Really though... I only suggested this in a rather tongue-in-cheek manner. I remember the Morrowind (TES3) community's primary complaint about most mods was regarding realism. As such the vast number of changes made for Morrowind was concerned with things like realistic eating, drinking, sleeping, money-making, exhaustion... even going to the damned toilet...
By comparison, since I basically moved from Elder Scrolls games right to Guild Wars.... I'm seeing the exact opposite here. I actually find it quite hilarious that people frequently choose for things to be made less realistic rather than more.
Honestly... I don't give much of a toss either way, provided one doesn't push it too far over the limits in either direction (e.g. Toilet mods in Morrowind... and to some extent Silent, Practically functionless Mini-Pets in Guild Wars).

I am actually all for realism; however, the problem for me and many people would be the fact theres no armour storage, which would put us on the wrong foot right away before we've set foot outside a town if something like this was implemented.

Real roleplayers know better than to even attempt to do so in GW. You can't.
And who cares about realism when all it does it tend to make things more annoying?
Edit: Oh hey I'm a Forge Runner kickass

Wasn't it said that it was basically a joke?
A joke you can't get, apparently?

"getting stuff" is part of what makes the game fun...can't punish people for reaping the rewards of their efforts.

This forum is for serious suggestions, not half-serious tongue-in-cheek jokes.
If you have a problem with your character fighting effectively with a full inventory, then dump the excess stuff and get on with whatever it is you are doing. Don't try to punish everyone else just because you want to RP and keep your loot.
